Silver Social is pleased to welcome specialist print artist Vicki Johnson, back to Breckland for the latest series of art-based workshops, touring libraries in the market towns.
Residents have been given the opportunity to let their imaginations run wild and design their own fancy biscuit, using paint, collage and stamping techniques. The free sessions are linked to the upcoming 'Ministry of Biscuits' performance - a farcical post-war comedy, where fancy biscuits are outlawed and "bland is grand."
With all materials (and biscuits!) provided, participants were able to use a range of coloured and textured papers, letter and shape stamps and acrylic paints, to produce their own 'Wanted' biscuit.
This week the workshop will be visiting Dereham, Swaffham, Attleborough and Watton libraries, no booking necessary. Full details here.
